Paint Palettes

No two paint palettes are alike. Leaning in to take a closer look I find a world of personalities and vitality revealing itself. A particular dollop of paint may look back at me alive, rather proud of its own pigments and shape. Sometimes I swear its asking me capture its portrait before a brush swoops down and reshapes it. Other times I feel like a bird observing from the sky some kind of migration across an ever shifting landscape. Colours cross pollinate with each other and you can feel the push and pull of the paint.
